¿Cuánto software libre/privativo tienes en tu ordenador?

Para saberlo no tienes más que instalar un "Richard Stallman virtual", y no es una broma ;-)

Se trata de vrms, o sea, Virtual Richard M. Stallman, una sencilla aplicación que nos muestra todos los programas no libres que tenemos instalados y el porcentaje que ocupan en el total de aplicaciones instaladas.

Para utilizarlo escribe en un terminal:

sudo apt-get install vrms

y luego:

vrms

Eso listará todos los programas no libres que tengas instalados. En el caso de MAX 5.0 (aunque con algún programa extra instalado), éste fue el resultado:
